FYI you can't even look at their glasses unless you have an appointment. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the convenience of LensCrafters but the tone of you just wasted your time coming over here was off putting to me. I just wanted to look at glasses for my son (since we already had a current prescription). I had seen the positive reviews and heard that they had reasonable prices. They wouldn't even let us take a look at their glasses or anything just saying that we needed to make an appointment. They should be more clear about that on their website, and I would have made an appointment. Also you can't make the appointment online; you have to do it over the phone.
